During the years, I've worked with many real estate agents in various locations throughout the US. JoAnn Pomatto-Gomez was by far the most diligent and dedicated agent. The Santa Barbara and Goleta markets are very competitive and JoAnn sustained the search with us and negotiated every aspect until we found the property that suited our very specific needs.
